Biography

Nicholas grew up in the Village of Altamont, NY and attended The State University of New York at Albany, where he graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. in Political Science in 2007. Nicholas went on to graduate from New York Law School with a J.D. in 2010 and began his career in general practice in the New York metropolitan area. In 2015, Nicholas returned to the Capital Region and soon became a dedicated Social Security disability attorney. Nicholas joined BMCQ for the opportunity to work in a close-knit firm where he can meaningfully interact with his clients. Nicholas has deep roots in the Capital Region and is committed to using his experience in the Social Security system to help injured and disabled members of his community pursue their disability benefits.
